Your workspace at a glance
Everything for tenant users lives under /app. Here's what each area does.
Home (/app)
Your dashboard shows:
- KPI cards — number of opportunities, briefs, and open findings.
- An onboarding checklist — whether you have an opportunity, a document, and a brief yet.
- Load sample deal — creates an example opportunity with a document.
- Your latest briefs.
Until you have briefs, the briefs area reads:
Your diligence briefs will appear here once delivered.
Opportunities (/app/opportunities)
The list of companies you're evaluating. Open one to see its documents, briefs, findings, and its current stage (stage is read-only for tenant users — see Deal lifecycle). Create an opportunity with a unique name; industry and geography are optional.
Briefs (/app/briefs)
AI diligence briefs. Each brief has a status, a current version with claims (each rated high / medium / low confidence), page-level citations, and open questions. See Diligence briefs and findings.
Findings (/app/findings)
Risks, contradictions, and missing-info items surfaced from your documents. Each has a severity (critical / high / medium / low / info) and a status you control (open → acknowledged → resolved → dismissed). Until any are published:
Findings appear here once published by Devaland.
Settings (/app/settings)
- Profile — your display name. Saving shows
Profile saved. - Password — change it (minimum 10 characters).
- Billing — your plan and status; Manage billing opens the Stripe portal if your account is billed through Stripe. See Billing and plans.
- Privacy & data — request a data export or workspace deletion (workspace admins).
- Team — workspace admins can invite members and activate/deactivate them.
Roles
- Workspace admin (
tenant_admin) — everything a member can do, plus admin-only actions: invite and activate/deactivate members, open the billing portal, and submit data export / workspace-deletion requests. - Member (
tenant_member) — full use of the workspace: create opportunities, upload documents, run briefs, work findings, and manage their own profile and password.
Help
This help center is at /help. The in-app assistant answers product-usage questions from these docs and escalates anything it can't answer to the Devaland team.
