Cookie Policy

What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage and session storage, can also keep small pieces of information on your device.
How We Use Cookies
getdealos.tech (Deal OS, operated by DEVALAND MARKETING S.R.L.) keeps cookies to a strict minimum. We use one cookie, and only to keep you signed in. The public pages set no cookies at all.
Cookies We Set
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Party | Category |
|---|---|---|---|---|
dealos_session | Keeps you signed in to your Deal OS account. Set only when you log in (by password or by magic link) and removed when you log out. HTTP-only, Secure, SameSite=Lax. | 14 days | First party (getdealos.tech) | Strictly necessary |
We checked this on 16 October 2026 by loading the home page, pricing, sandbox and login pages in a real browser without logging in: no cookie was set, and no response sent a Set-Cookie header. Our network provider (Cloudflare) set no cookie on these pages either.
Browser Storage We Use
The public pages also use your browser's storage for the following items. They stay on your device, are not sent to us as cookies, and you can clear them in your browser at any time.
| Key | Purpose | Duration | Party |
|---|---|---|---|
pw_sid (session storage) | Random identifier that keeps one conversation with the Deal OS AI assistant together while the tab is open. | Until you close the tab | First party |
pw_autoopened (session storage) | Remembers that the assistant panel has already opened by itself, so it does not open again. | Until you close the tab | First party |
pw_dismissed (local storage) | Remembers that you dismissed the assistant prompt. Written only when you dismiss it. | Until you clear it | First party |
theme (local storage) | Remembers your light or dark display choice. Written only when you switch the theme. | Until you clear it | First party |
devaland-a11y (local storage) | Remembers your accessibility display settings. Written only when you change them. | Until you clear it | First party |
Types of Cookies We Do Not Use
We do not set analytics, advertising, marketing or third-party cookies, and we do not use Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, LinkedIn Insight, Google Ads, or any session-replay or heatmap tools on getdealos.tech. Fonts are served from our own domain.
Managing Cookies
You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer.
Important Note
Disabling cookies means you cannot stay signed in to your Deal OS account. The public pages work without cookies.

- Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data

Consent
The only cookie we set is strictly necessary to provide the sign-in you request, so no consent banner is shown. We do not set any non-essential cookie; if that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this page before we do.
