Klaviyo service pricing and plans
How much does the Klaviyo service cost?
Three monthly management plans, billed monthly:
- Starter: $1,500 a month. For growing Shopify stores (5,000 to 15,000 subscribers). 5 core flows, 4 to 8 campaigns a month, basic segmentation (3 to 5 segments), Shopify integration and tracking, monthly performance reporting, and email support.
- Growth: $3,500 a month (most popular). For established brands scaling to six and seven figures in email revenue (15,000 to 50,000 subscribers). 10+ advanced flows with A/B testing, 8 to 12 campaigns a month, advanced segmentation (10+ segments), SMS strategy, predictive analytics, GDPR setup, a dedicated account manager, bi-weekly strategy calls, and priority support.
- Enterprise: custom pricing. For 50,000+ subscribers. Everything in Growth plus custom flow development, multi-brand account management, advanced API integrations, custom reporting dashboards, weekly strategy sessions, white-glove migration, and 24/7 priority support.
Add-on services
SMS Marketing: $500 a month. Advanced Analytics: $750 a month. Migration Service: $2,500 one-time. GDPR Audit: $1,000 one-time.
Is there a setup fee?
For new clients there is a one-time $1,500 setup fee covering the account audit, strategy development, Shopify integration, and initial flow setup. It is waived for annual commitments.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. Agreements are month to month and you can cancel with 30 days notice. The aim is for the results to be the reason you stay, not a contract.
What about Klaviyo's own platform cost?
That is separate and billed by Klaviyo based on your contact list size: roughly $150 to $200 a month at 10,000 contacts and $350 to $450 a month at 25,000. We help optimize your list to keep that cost down while growing revenue.
